John serves as our surveying coordinator and he is a qualified civil engineering technician. John's experience includes the design and preparation of commercial and residential grading plans, improvement plans for public and private roads, utility plans and the calculation and drafting of subdivision maps, parcel maps, record of surveys and exhibit maps. John also has experience in the preparation of construction staking packages, construction staking, construction oversight, preparation of bid documents and engineering estimates.

Andrew R. Cassano
Since 1969, Andy has had extensive experience in all aspects of land surveying, city and regional planning, and environmental planning for community development. He has hours of public hearing experience, representing both the private and public sectors.
He has conducted all manner of surveys from boundary to design and construction related. Over his many years of experience, Andy has developed what he calls 4-D vision when looking at land and contemplating projects. Besides visualizing project plans and ideas in 3-D, he also sees the environmental impacts and mitigations, and anticipates issues of potential community concerns.

Tom had extensive experience in site selection and cost analysis, plus preparation of construction drawings and specifications relative to grading, drainage and utility extensions. Utilities include, sewer, water, electrical, telephone and cable TV. Experience included contract specifications and contract administration. Tom also provides structural engineering services.

William D. Green
Bill's experience included preparation of commercial grading plans, design of all types of infrastructure, including parking, streets, sewer, water, and utilities. He also did wood frame structural and retaining wall designs.
Bill took grading design to an art form, working directly in AutoCAD for maximum efficiency. He was a master at designing grading to fit difficult or confined sites. He was a practical engineer with extensive construction knowledge.
Like all of our partners, he was extremely versatile, and could quickly and efficiently undertake the full array of engineering, planning, and surveying tasks.
