Sierra Woodlands is a rural subdivision consisting of lots that are 1.5 acres and larger. The project is served by public water and individual septic systems. It has become the address of many prestigious homes that are beautifully integrated into the natural landscape. We did the land use planning, entitlement through Nevada County, infrastructure design, construction staking, final subdivision map, and lot surveys
